NDDC List of Shortlists Candidates for Foreign Scholarship 2012 is for candidates in Nigeria who applied for NDDC foreign scholarship sheme.

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Foreign Scholarship Organizers have released the list of shortlisted candidates who participated in the 2012 Foreign Scholarship Scheme.

Shortlisted candidates should come along with the following:

Letter of invitation
Originals of academic credentials
Letter from guarantor
Original Admission letter
Two(2) passport photographs
Original L.G.A Identification
Any other form of identification
