There are just five steps that are involved in checking your NECO result.
You have to purchase NECO result checker if you did not have one already. You can buy the NECO result checker in all NECO offices across Nigeria. The NECO pin card is only for result checking and you can only use it to check your result five times. There is a possibility to get your NECO result on your mobile phone.

Send SMS in the format below:

To short-code 32327 (MTN, Celtel & Glo subscribers)
For example:

NECO:12345678AB:2006:NOV/DEC:12345678
NECO:12345678AB:2006:NCE:12345678
Note:
Ensure you adhere strictly to the format above. There should be no space in the message.
Wait for your result to be delivered to your phone via SMS. (SMS Cost N30 Only)
Read the NECO notice to see the year range of NECO results available online to check.
Please be advised that the current NECO Online Result Checker cards in circulation CAN only check results up to NOV. 2006
One confusing thing that I have found with NECO online result check which must people must have seen, you have three different NECO sites www.mynecoexams.com, www.mynecoresults.com and www.mynecoexams.com where you can check your NECO result. Most students are not sure which one of the site is the right NECO website to check their NECO results.
1. Select year Examination Type
2. Select year of examination
3. Enter your card PIN number
4. Enter your Examination Number
5. Click on “Check My Result” button
Once you are done with these five steps, your NECO result will be display.
